UMW Men Gain Scoreless Drav vs. Dickinson
The University of Mary Washington men's soccer team gained a scoreless draw with Dickinson College on Wednesday night in Carlisle, Pa. The Eagles move to 8-5-1 on the season.
Neither team could find the goal through 110 minutes, with the Eagle defense turning in a valiant effort, as UMW was outshot, 22-9. Sophomore goalkeeper Tyler Back had ten saves for the Eagles, who saw Dickinson gain 10 corner kicks to three for UMW.
Mary Washington will return to action on Saturday when they visit Frostburg State University for a Capital Athletic Conference tilt scheduled for 3:30 p.m. as head coach Jason Kilby returns to his alma mater.
