ASA Youth Referee Training September 10-11

FALL 2012 ASA YOUTH REFEREE CLASS will be held September 10 and 11 in the Black Box Theater in Kenmore Middle School 630-915pm.

This class is ONLY for:
1.    Arlington & Falls Church Youth at least 13 years of age as of September 15, 2012
2.    All registrants must submit completed W-9 form, including Social Security number, before completing the course.

To register, please email with your name, address, birthdate, best email and phone number to asareffing@arlingtonsoccer.com, with subject line “Fall2012class”, and you will be notified by email by September 7th if space is available, or pre-register you for the next class in Spring 2013.
