The University of Mary Washington men's soccer team tied York College, 0-0, in a thriller at Spartan Stadium on Saturday in Capital Athletic Conference action. The Eagles move to 5-5-3 on the season, and 3-1-2 in league play.
The Spartans held a 15-12 edge in shots, and a 7-2 advantage in corner kicks. UMW freshman Tyler Back had four saves for the Eagles in registering the 110-minute shutout.
Mary Washington will return to action on Wednesday when they visit Hood College at 3:30 p.m. in another conference clash.
