De Rosario or McDonald to have a bigger impact? (Updated w/DeRo Video)
Tuesday D.C. United announced it had acquired defender Brandon McDonald from the San Jose Earthquakes in a clear attempt to help shore up the defense. With that news still hot off the wire United announced a blockbuster mid-season trade of early season team captaion Dax McCarty for 3-time MLS Champion Dwayne DeRosario from New York. Another clear sign that the Black and Red are attempting to increase the goal scoring output from this team.
