About Norwich City CSF Football Development Program: For 19 years, our football development program has provided introductory and development opportunities for children aged four to 14 years of age. Individual pathways for participation and progression are signposted to encourage any mad keen footballer to join in. Our coaching team has carefully put together technical programs that cover a wide range of football topics including control, passing, dribbling, finishing, heading, goalkeeping and match play. Our coaches use a variety of methods to allow children to learn, develop and improve at their own pace in a group environment. Our county-wide football program allows children to experience their first foot steps into a fun controlled football environment providing individuals with a higher level of ability and the opportunity to progress into invitational boys’ and girls’ Player Development Centers should they achieve the standards required
